Network marketing has always been an industry that people solely used traditional marketing tactics to promote their business. They did all of the cold calling, newspaper advertising, told their friends and family about the business, and attended many seminars that were held by the team leader.

I could not even begin to imagine being in the industry during this time without having the ability to leverage the Internet.

I used would not be able to obtain the right level of motivation because it would probably feel like I was working for someone else instead of working for myself due to all of the time that was needed to allocate to the business.

With the growing popularity of the Internet, there is starting to be a tremendous shift in the industry that will allow people to grow their network in the comfort of their own home.

Now I know you are probably thinking, traditional marketing is still effective and produces great results. I’m not saying not to do any forms of traditional marketing, but what I am saying is that the majority of your marketing efforts should be allocated to online advertising.
